Below you will find descriptions for a variety of our class offerings. Led by trained therapists, these classes are a space where you and others with similar interests can learn and practice relevant skills. These can be completed independently, or as a supplement to other therapy services. Classes will be run when there is enough interest, therefore please fill out our sign up form below and we will be in touch with further information. 

​Introduction to Anxiety
In this 4 week class, you will learn about anxiety: what causes it and how you can address it through the use of skills. Concepts in this class are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles. This class will cover: an overview of the science behind anxiety; ways to challenge anxious thoughts; how to reduce distress; and ways to re-engage with things anxiety has made you avoid.

​This class is relevant for people with all types of anxiety diagnoses, as well as people who are interested in gaining a better grasp on day-to-day anxieties. If you are interested, please fill out the class sign up form to be added to our list.

​Habit Reversal Therapy for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors
In this 4 week class, you will learn more about Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors including specific tools to increase better management and tolerance of them. This will include increasing your awareness of your behavior(s) and the implementation of skills to interpret and limit the behaviors. We will also talk about increasing motivation for treatment through our values and how we can pull in social supports to better help during/after the treatment process.

​This class is relevant for people who are dealing with body focused repetitive behavior problems that have become something that feels unmanageable. This could be interfering with your daily life or making you feel isolated and alone. If you are interested, please fill out the class sign up form to be added to our list.

​Introduction to Regulation
In this 4-week class, you will gain a greater understanding of your fight/flight response, including specific tools which aim to shift the intensity and/or duration of these responses. Skills are drawn from a few approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a scientific understanding of our nervous systems.

​This class is relevant for people in recovery, those with anxiety, depression, trauma diagnoses or who generally want to learn how to gain awareness about their bodies. If you are interested, please fill out the class sign up form to be added to our list.
